The “aquatic products” as mentioned in these Measures shall mean aquatic animal products and products made thereof edible for humans.

Including medusa, mollusk, crustacean, echinoderm, cephalochordate, fish, amphibian, reptile, aquatic mammalian and other aquatic animal products and alga and other marine plant products as well as products made thereof and excluding live aquatic animals and propagating materials of aquatic animals and plants.
